Leading by example

Management and staff communicate about health and safety issues regularly so that management can deliver the training employees need, and develop, implement and evaluate the company's health and safety processes vigilantly. By following through on every safety concern, management leads through actions rather than words.

Safety is often an individual, personal choice. Therefore, everyone at the Laframboise Group, from the President to each newly hired employee, is responsible to ensure our health and safety policy is adhered to at all times.
